Terms and Conditions * PRELIMINARY CONTRACT Latin Top Jobs goal is to find and select the best candidates for the job positions your Client Companies need to fill. The psychological and/or psychometrical evaluation process and interviews that are done take place to achieve such goal. The information that Latin Top Jobs obtains through the forms that the candidates fill, psychological tests applied to enter the Talent Base, and the process of selection is ABSOLUTELY CONFIDENTIAL. In no way is public property. This information is used only for professional selection and will be revealed just to the Client Company that is interested in the candidate. If you are hired by a Client Company through our services, you have to inform Latin Top Jobs about your labor agreement throughout the first week at your new job, and you will not be able to apply to a new job while you remain an active worker at the Company, unless your employer breaks or violates the contract terms. If you are not hired by a Client Company, Latin Top Jobs will maintain you as a potential candidate in the Talent Base for other job opportunities. Terms of Admission to the Talent Base of Latin Top Jobs: 1. On request of Latin Top Jobs I voluntarily agree to go through the psychological and psychometrical evaluation process that their team of professionals perform. 2. I will not pay for my participation in Latin Top Jobs psychological and psychometrical evaluation process. 3. I authorize Latin Top Jobs to use the result of the psychological and psychometrical tests, information on my resume and any other information about myself that the company obtains, exclusively for professional selections purposes. 4. I authorize Latin Top Jobs to reveal to their client companies information about myself that is relevant to the selection process. 5. I give up any expectation of knowing the process through which Latin Top Jobs operates and manages the professional selections and also the results of my psychometrical and psychological tests, unless the company considers it relevant for me to know them. 6. I will assist to the required interviews punctually and in a responsible way. 7. I make a commitment to update mi information and resume in a periodical way.
